Love this group! Dr. Zoila and Sarah are amazing! They are so sweet, kind and very helpful. The tracking app is amazing! Not only is ot easy to track daily protein and calorie intake but the app also gives daily you meal ideas! Which I absolutely love! Makes meal prepping easier for different varieties of meals. I am on the Tirzepatide I and have lost 25 lb since January 2025. I’m always able to get ahold of someone and have any questions answered by text or phone call. I deff recommend St. John’s Wellness!
